POSITIONS:
- Senior Controls Design Engineer
Automation Tool Company currently has an opportunity for a Senior Controls Design Engineer to aid in the research, development, design and testing of electrical components, automation equipment and systems. The individual will be required to create analyze and troubleshoot pneumatic and electrical prints as well as determine material and component specifications. Additional responsibilities include developing programs to operate equipment including the use of low level driver codes, high level SCADA codes and developing stand alone SEQUEL applications. Individual will direct engineering personnel in fabrication of test control apparatus and equipment and determine methods, procedures, and conditions for testing operations of assemblies. Successful candidate should have a minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or foreign equivalent and five (5) years or experience in the job offered or as a Systems Integrator in the automotive parts industry OR a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or foreign equivalent and three (3) years experience in job offered or as a Systems Integrator in the automotive parts industry. - Application Engineer
This role assists in developing machine concepts to satisfy the customer’s automation needs through detailed written estimates and proposals.
- Mechanical Design Engineer
Prepares working plans and detail part drawings of machines from rough or detailed sketches, notes for engineering, and general design drawings for manufacturing purposes according to dimensional specifications. May also plan, design, and coordinate integration of machinery and equipment into manufacturing process, apply knowledge of machine design, programming, and use computer assisted design equipment under the direction of the project team leader.
- Controls Design Engineer
Creates electrical and pneumatic prints, analyzed prints, troubleshoots and debugs electrical and pneumatic designs. Determines material and component specifications, writes programming to operate machinery, understands electrical and pneumatic devices and how they work. Experience with high level language (Visual Basic and C) desired.
- Machine Builder
Fits and assembles components according to assembly blueprints, manuals, engineering memos, and sketches. Knowledge of machine construction in order to construct, rebuild, repair machines and equipment by using hand and power tools.
- Account Manager
Candidate will act as a regionally based sales account manager responsible for handling existing accounts, and developing future business with key and target accounts. Candidate should also possess general technical knowledge with demonstrated success in relationship building, targeting and closing business agreements in a team selling environment.
